So what? What is going over here...?!! article 36! Is this what we need or this is just a way of finding an excuse to clash with the government. Don’t we have more important things... So, only one show that was not broadcast by the government TV and you start a whole movement! You think that you are the elite who are ruling the people and guiding them to their emancipation… you guys are so far from reality. The country is sinking and you are talking about luxury…
i agree in part with anonymous, the part being mo 3ala kelshay ensawi mn el7aba obba
yalla, ilm7ailby o radd el barnaamaj.. and let's say that this is all thanks to elnadwa 3ashan ma7ad yiz3al, yezakom allah khair o kafo 3alaikom o bayath allah wyoohkom .. now what? negool ilwazeer islaa7y? sarat 7ekoomat widd o ma7aba?
the part which i dont agree with anonymous on is (to me at least) s/he came off vague when not differentiating between luxury as s/he put it, and constitutional rights that are awarded by default

This has nothing to do with the TV show. I think its the tip of the iceberg. If you hear both Shrouq and Khalid's comments you will see that.
Freedom of speech, along with other personal freedoms, is crucial for combating corruption and for political advancement.
How can you do anything about the deteriorating situation without the ability to show people what is happening and why? How can you rally people towards a common goal if you don't have the proper channels to voice your opinion?
7akima hon, soory for the late reply. I am out of the country and have limited access to the net.
It would be too much IF we are simply talking about canceling a TV show which you might think is the case from the young people statements. This is NOT the case. Remember the bloggers are not experienced politicians. They were called into the session to discuss their experiences (blocking blogs and canceling a show). But the session was initiated to put these two issues within the BIG picture. The attacks of Al-Sebee7, baning Amer's movie, the Watan attack on the "radicals" in the ruling family, the movements to change the constitution and many things that are going on. These are all bits and peices of a planned campaigns to control feedoms in Kuwait. Something we should not take lightly or gently!
